Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 28, 2026
Lockwood Marketing ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through www.lockwoodmarketing.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you fill out our contact form, book a call, or email us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, business name, phone number, email address, trade or industry, the services you're interested in, who referred you, and any message you include.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the device and browser you use, your approximate location (city or region), and how you found the Site. We also measure actions such as form submissions and taps on our phone number so we know which pages and campaigns are working.
Referral links
If you arrive through a referral link, your browser stores the name of the business that referred you for up to 60 days so we can credit them correctly. This is stored only on your device.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule your strategy call
- To provide, manage, and bill for our services if you become a client
- To apply referral credits and discounts
- To understand and improve the Site and our marketing
- To comply with legal obligations
If you give us your phone number or email, we may contact you about your inquiry. We will not add you to marketing messages unrelated to your request without your permission, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as:
- Formspree, which delivers contact form submissions to our inbox
- Google (Google Analytics, Google Workspace, and Google Calendar), for analytics, email, and appointment booking
- Vercel, which hosts the Site
- Stripe, which processes payments for clients
These providers may only use your information to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Cookies and your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser opt-out add-on. Blocking cookies won't stop you from using the Site.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing eva@lockwoodmarketing.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor requests as required.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections on the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last changed.
