These terms apply to your use of www.lockwoodmarketing.com (the "Site") and to marketing services provided by Lockwood Marketing ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
We provide Google Ads management, website design and hosting, local SEO, call tracking, and related marketing services for businesses. The specific services, pricing, and start date for each client are confirmed in writing (such as by email, proposal, or invoice) before work begins.
2. Fees and billing
- Setup fees are one-time charges that cover building your campaigns, tracking, and/or website. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has started.
- Monthly management fees are billed in advance each month and are non-refundable for the month billed.
- Advertising spend (for example, Google Ads costs) is separate from our fees and is paid directly by you to the advertising platform.
- If a payment fails, we may pause services until the balance is paid.
3. Month-to-month, cancel anytime
Our services are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time by emailing or calling us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month, and you won't be billed again after that. If we accidentally bill you after you've cancelled, we'll refund that charge.
4. You own your accounts
Your Google Ads account, Google Business Profile, domain name, and website content belong to you. Where we create accounts on your behalf, we will set them up in your name and give you administrator access. After you cancel, we'll help transfer anything we manage back to you.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information about your business, provide timely access to the accounts we need, and make sure the claims in your advertising (such as licenses, pricing, and guarantees) are true and lawful. You're responsible for complying with the policies of the advertising platforms you use.
6. No guaranteed results
We work hard to generate leads and improve your results, but advertising and search rankings depend on factors outside our control, including competition, platform algorithms, budgets, and how leads are handled. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, calls, sales, rankings, or return on ad spend.
7. Referral program
- Current clients receive a one-time credit of $100 toward Lockwood Marketing management fees for each new client they refer.
- Credit is applied after the referred business pays its first month of services.
- Credits apply to management fees only, not advertising spend, and have no cash value. Credits beyond your monthly fee carry forward to the following month.
- A business referred by a current client receives 50% off its one-time setup fee.
- Referred businesses must be new clients. We may change or end the referral program at any time; credits already earned will be honored.
8. Website use
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. Don't attempt to disrupt the Site, access it in unauthorized ways, or submit false information through our forms. The Site's design, text, and graphics belong to Lockwood Marketing and may not be copied without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lockwood Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
